ZOMCO AWARDED MODIFICATION OF WELL PLATFORMS   
4 November 2007.

On November 1 2007, McDermott Arabia Co., Ltd. entered into a one-year contract with Zamil Operations & Maintenance Company Limited (ZOMCO), "Offshore Hook-up Services Business Unit" for the modification of Manifa Observation Well Platforms. These consist of 26 wells for Saudi Aramco. The contract is estimated at SAR 51.5 million.

The scope of services includes:   

• Construction and final testing of the facilities;
• Provision of all engineering materials, land-based equipment, personnel and other resources as well as managing fabrication, transportation, off-shore installation, hook-up, testing and painting of the facilities;
• Commissioning and start-up assistance;
• Performing quality management and inspection activities in procurement, fabrication and construction, testing and pre-commissioning; and,
• Provision of support facilities, machinery, construction, plant, land-based and marine equipment required to perform the works.
