Ltd., (ZOMCO) is a 100% Saudi Company
owned by Zamil Group Holding Company. We are the
only service company in Zamil Group and is
managed by well experienced and versatile
executives. Mr. Zamil Abdullah Al-Zamil is the
President of the company.
Zamil O & M is one of the leading diversified
company and one of the most respected and
trusted names in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Company has actively participated in the
economic diversified programme of Saudi Arabia
to create a viable organizational base, parallel
to the oil industry.
Being a member of Zamil Group, Zamil Operations
& Maintenance Co. Ltd’s expertise and resources
are considerably augmented by Zamil Group’s
diversified products, joint ventures, affiliates
and the services of commercial division.
2. History
Zamil Operations and Maintenance
Company, Limited (ZOMCO) was founded in 1977 by
Zamil Brothers. It is registered as a limited
liability company under Commercial Registration No.
2051003290 with a capital of to 5 Million Saudi
Riyals to meet the ever growing expansion and
diversification business activities of the Company.
From 1977 to 1983 Company was known as Zamil
Marine Services Company. However, in 1983, Zamil
Brothers decided to amend the name of the Company to
Zamil Marine & Catering Services Company. It was
known as such until 1985. In 1985 Zamil Brothers
amended again the name to Zamil
Operations and Maintenance Company Limited (ZOMCO)
which is the present name. Purpose of
name changes are to expand and diversify
business activities of ZOMCO to meet the challenge
of growing industrial, commercial, and
organizational base in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. General
Our maintenance supervisory staff and other
qualified personnel perform project management tasks
such as assurance and customer interface. Our port
engineering staff members attend to daily ship
maintenance and repair activities involving job
analysis, work order preparation, technical
supervision, quality control, manpower distribution,
material ordering/inspection, etc. Our catering
personnel oversee the catering, including our Head
Office at Al-Khobar. Our administrative staff
supervises the custodial, janitorial and
housekeeping functions of each project.
Together with the resources available from other
Zamil Group of Companies, Zamil O & M can draw upon
the Kingdom’s most experienced inventory of skilled
managers, marine staff, craftsmen, medical staff,
catering staff, workers, and modern facilities
including computer services, dedicated to the
service of Saudi Arabia’s growing industrial,
commercial, and organizational base
